Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Day shifts with ICU/Step-down experience. The RN will communicate with physicians and care team about changes in patient condition, respond quickly to changes, and perform general nursing duties across departments with supervision.

Acute care experience is preferred and English communication is essential. Shift differential is paid for night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing wishing to practice in NM.
• Current NM Registered Nurse licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Acute care experience is preferred; strong communication with care team essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in long-term acute care setting.
• Communicate with physicians and care team about changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care plans and patient responses in medical records.
