Job summary

Kindred Hospital Chicago Northlake is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care and develop nursing care plans. This role requires excellent communication with interdisciplinary teams and strong assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients and families.
• Documents patient assessment and care in medical records.
• Administers medications and performs treatments within scope of practice.

Skills

Knowledge of medications and their correct administration

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to organize tasks and set priorities

Fluent in English

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
