Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care in a long-term care setting alongside the nursing staff.

You will deliver nursing care under state guidelines, collect patient data, observe and report, and supervise other nursing staff as needed.

Must be licensed in good standing with the state and have 1+ year LTC experience; reliable transportation is required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
