Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, a current unrestricted WA RN or LPN license, and BLS/CPR certification; prior long‑term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as an RN or LPN in Washington State.

Responsabilités

• Directs the daily activities of nursing staff in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Promotes holistic resident care following the nursing model.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures by nursing personnel.
• Participates in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents.
• Administers medications as ordered and observes for adverse effects.
