Zusammenfassung

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care in the Health Center and to supervise daily nursing activities by nursing assistants in accordance with state and federal standards.

This full-time role runs 7AM-3PM, with every other weekend and some holidays required. Up-to-date Florida RN licensure and CPR certification are mandatory; LTC experience is desirable and on-the-job training is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently licensed in Florida as a Registered Nurse and CPR certified.
• One year of long-term care experience desirable; Med-Surgical/Home Health helpful.
• On-the-job training available in lieu of above experience.
• Physical requirements include lift up to 40 lbs and ability to stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on day shift.
• Supervise day-to-day activities by nursing assistants.
• Manage admissions and discharges on the day shift.
• Complete order entry and daily skilled documentation for residents.
• Notify MD/NP with issues as appropriate.
• EMAR/ETAR documentation and medication management.
