Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN for a local, on-site contract in Alabama. You will perform nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within RN scope, and administer medications and treatments as authorized.

You will monitor clinical changes, coordinate with providers and the care team, support safe transitions, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong communication with colleagues, patients and families is essential, as the assignment details and caseload

Total Compensation: $26.85–$27.95/hour*

Your contribution

Provide nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within RN scope and the care plan. Administer medications and treatments as authorized, monitor clinical changes, coordinate with providers and the care team, support safe transitions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Follow professional standards, care plans and safety procedures. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach. Clinical work, unit details, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 36-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Current source end date is December 5, 2026. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• Overtime is not guaranteed; client approval and final schedule must be confirmed.

What you bring

• Current Alabama RN license or certification appropriate to the selected role, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within your licensed or certified scope.
• Careful observations, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential, orientation and client requirements.
