Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate nurses for Autumn Care of Saluda in Saluda, NC to assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care and supervise aides in a skilled nursing facility.

Active RN or LPN license required; CPR certification; 30+ hours per week with a 3-year commitment. New grads welcome; benefits include loan repayment up to 40k plus a 10k stipend and various pay options.

Qualifications

• Must possess current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
• Must possess CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in a SNF setting.
