Job summary

Autumn Care of Saluda in Saluda, NC is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in a SNF setting.

Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies to ensure the highest quality of care. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with shifts 7p-7a and wage $34.00-$36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
