Job summary

Autumn Care of Saluda is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our skilled nursing facility team. This on-site role involves assessing residents, creating individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality service.

The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with wage options between $34.00 and $36.00 per hour. Flexible pay options include On-Demand Pay and Weekly Pay, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care provided.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering care in SNF setting.
• Follow federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
