MGA Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Texas for home health care. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 30 days, and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nursing License is required.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Six months of recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families about care.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized home health nursing per plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies.
• Document nursing actions and patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
• Perform 1:1 patient care and coordinate with care team.
• Be available for 24/7 on-call assistance as needed.
