Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center in Harmony, MN is seeking a part-time RN or LPN to deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents and their families. This 0.8 FTE role features 8-hour day shifts (6:30am–2:30pm) with every other weekend and holiday, supporting a family-based care environment and a CMS-recognized 5-star facility.

Qualifications include Minnesota RN or LPN licensure, post-secondary nursing education (ADN or equivalent), and BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Support residents and their families.
• Be part of a collaborative care team delivering high-quality nursing care.
• Adhere to scheduled 8-hour day shifts: 6:30am–2:30pm.
• Maintain 0.8 FTE (32 hours/week) with every other weekend/holiday.
