Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center in Harmony, MN, is seeking a part-time RN or LPN to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. The role includes supporting residents and their families within a family-based care environment, aligning with CMS 5-star standards.

The position offers a 24-hour work week, night shifts from 10pm to 6am, and every other weekend/holiday, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Minnesota licensure and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• Post High School education in a specialized field with qualifying coursework.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents.
• Support residents and families, fostering a family-based care environment.
• Work 8-hour night shifts, 10pm–6am, 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week).

What You Will Do

• 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week)
• 8-hour, night shifts, 10pm-6am
• Every other weekend and holiday

What You Will Need

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
• Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs
