Qualifications

• Active Nebraska RN or LPN licensure is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Guide and support nursing assistants and medication aides.
• Ensure accurate, timely, compliant documentation.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Promote safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with care planning and resident-centered initiatives.
