Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide high‑quality daily care for residents in a supportive, family‑style environment.

You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence and dignity, observe changes, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe, engaging, and comfortable resident care. A rewarding role for those who value dedication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA certification or CMA certification required.
• Current certification must be in good standing.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement
• Assist residents during meals and with hydration as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations and facility policies (CMA)
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
