Crossroads Hospice seeks an RN Clinical Liaison to educate families about hospice options and guide them through difficult moments with empathy and clear communication.

You will collaborate with hospital staff, support patients and families, and help ensure care aligns with clinical goals and comfort needs across our hospice programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RN experience in end-of-life or palliative settings.
• Active unencumbered RN license (OH).
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification; TB test results and up-to-date physical.
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care.

As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you’ll be the reassuring presence families often meet at one of the most difficult moments of their lives. Registered Nurse Liaison (RN) Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life and/or palliative patients.
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
