Aviata at Palma Sola is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bradenton, Florida team. The RN will oversee resident care, supervise staff, and coordinate services to meet care standards in a skilled nursing setting.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered RN license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility personnel and follow policies.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign work, train new staff, ensure standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
