You will document patient status, participate in discharge planning, and coach other care team members to maintain high-quality outcomes on a busy unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; BSN may be required within five years of entry.
• Current NY RN license; specialized certifications as needed.

Responsabilités

• Performs age-specific plan of care using nursing process; collaborates with physicians and health team.
• Coordinates patient care, directs/delegates activities of the nurse team.
• Documents patient status, plan of care, and outcomes; ensures safety and discharge planning.
