Norwood Crossing in Chicago, IL, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team, providing direct care, supervising staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to support residents’ health and well-being.

Formación
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Responsabilidades
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
