Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care to residents and perform assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Identify changes in resident condition and communicate promptly.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document findings accurately and timely.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs and provide guidance.
