Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a knowledgeable Labor & Delivery RN to provide specialized care and ensure patient safety in a high-acuity setting.

You will assess patients, document observations, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes, while meeting regulatory requirements and unit goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Illinois and BLS certification.
• ACLS within six months; C-EFM within one year; NRP within six months.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in Labor & Delivery per Illinois regulations and hospital policy.
• Assess patient needs, monitor progress, record observations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals.
