St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team for a full-time night shift.

The unit handles around 350 births per month with high-tech and high-touch care, and training is provided in therapeutic touch, water therapy, and birth rituals to support families. We offer a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus shift differential for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program (ACEN/CCNE).
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice and current BLS certification from a recognized body.

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our wonderful Labor & Delivery team in a full-time night shift position!

What You Can Expect

The Boise Labor and Delivery Unit delivers around 350 babies per month. Nurses care for families through an exciting, life changing experience. Our labor nurses are skilled in the high-tech aspects of birthing as well as high touch. Training is provided in therapeutic touch, natural birth support, breathing techniques, water therapy, and supporting women's rituals around birth to help them become the most skillful and supportive nurses possible for every unique birthing experience. 16 LDRs, 3 ORs, 2 Recovery, 10 Triage, and a separate 13 bed Antepartum Unit combine to create the Labor and Delivery department at Boise St. Luke's.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing program (ACEN Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE -Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
• Experience: 1 years' experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
