Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum to provide safe, effective, and compassionate care.

The full-time position requires 36 hours per week with on-call duties and weekend rotation. Travel to float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital is required, with a compensation range of $37.25–$57.74 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• 1 year of acute care or LDRP/postpartum experience preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery or postpartum nursing is desirable.

• Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care in the LDRP setting.
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 1 year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience (preferred).
• Experience in labor and delivery or postpartum nursing is highly desirable.
