Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery/Antepartum on a full-time night shift. The RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based care, coordinate direct patient care, and educate patients and families across the labor, delivery, and postpartum continuum.
The role emphasizes clinical judgment, rounds, admissions/discharges, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team in a high-risk unit.

Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Nights) | 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week
Labor and Delivery is a high risk specialized unit that provides care to pregnant individuals prior to and during labor, childbirth, and the immediate postpartum period. This unit has 17 private birthing suites, 5 Triage/PACU beds, 4 OR Rooms, 3 bed Obstetric Emergency Department care, and a specialized Antepartum unit that provides care for women with high-risk pregnancies and post-partum diagnoses needing supportive care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, evidence-based care designed to support healing and wellness. In this role, you'll coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care while creating an environment rooted in dignity, respect, and empathy. You will use your clinical expertise and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across the lifespan.
