Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Fetal monitoring certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care for patients on the assigned unit. Nursing care is provided in accordance with standards set by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies, and professional organizations. The RN is accountable for the safety and quality of both direct and indirect patient care and reports to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing or designee.

Required Qualifications

Certifications
