NurseDeck Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery to deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care on the assigned unit in Hendersonville, TN.

The role requires utilization of the nursing process and adherence to Nursing Service Department standards and regulatory guidelines. The RN is accountable for nursing care safety and quality, and will communicate effectively with patients and families while reporting to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing or designee.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN.
• Fetal monitoring certification (preferred).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to provide age-appropriate, comprehensive care for patients on the assigned unit.
• Deliver nursing care in alignment with the Nursing Service Department’s philosophy and standards, as well as regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Ensure accountability for the safety of nursing care delivered or supervised.
• Communicate effectively with the patient, family, or significant others, ensuring quality care is delivered.
• Report directly to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing or designee.

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate care for patients on the assigned unit.

Nursing care is provided in accordance with standards set by the Nursing Service Department, regulatory agencies, and professional organizations.

The RN is accountable for the safety and quality of both direct and indirect patient care and reports to the Director of Obstetrical Nursing or designee.
