Job Description

Short Term Acute Care Facility

Teaching Hospital; Member of the COTH

Total Staffed Beds: 338

Scrubs are provided

Charting: Cerner

Ratio: 1:2

Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must have 1 prior travel assignment

Certifications Required: AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, STABLE, NRP, BLS

Must register for C-EFM during the compliance phase or within the first two weeks of the assignment

Preferred Certifications: C-EFM through NCC

Additional Requirements:

• Weekend and Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend/holiday as needed
• Float Requirements: Required to float to like units (e.g., Mom/Baby); travelers are required to float before permanent staff
• Skills Required: Circulate, FHM, preceptor and/or charge
• High risk L&D experience preferred

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
