Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Interventional Radiology in Grand Blanc, MI. The role focuses on patient care before, during and after interventional imaging procedures, with emphasis on contrast administration and safety.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license in Michigan, and 1 year in radiology or a high-acuity setting. Shift is day, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan
• 1 year experience in radiology, ICU, or high-acuity setting preferred
• Strong understanding of radiologic procedures and safety protocols
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Assist radiologists during diagnostic imaging exams and interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents; manage allergic reactions or complications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide patient care before, during and after procedures
• Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure care and risks of radiologic tests
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation per hospital policies

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of radiologic and imaging procedures and safety protocols, including the use of contrast media
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

• Assist radiologists and other medical professionals during diagnostic imaging examinations and interventional radiology procedures
• Administer and monitor intravenous contrast agents, ensuring that any allergic reactions or complications are promptly addressed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after radiologic and diagnostic imaging procedures
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-procedure care, explaining the risks and benefits of radiologic tests and contrast agents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $61,860 to $111,200 /year
