Froedtert South invites qualified RNs to join the Interventional Procedures Lab in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will provide dedicated nursing care throughout the procedural experience, from pre-procedure assessment to post-procedure recovery, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care throughout the patient's procedural experience.
• Assess and prepare patients for interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and following procedures.
• Administer medications, sedation, and treatments per policy and provider direction.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Assist physicians and procedural team during procedures.
• Provide patient and family education before and after procedures.
• Maintain documentation of assessments, medications, interventions, and patient responses.
• Promote infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.

As a Registered Nurse in the Interventional Procedures Lab, you'll be part of a specialized team providing care to patients undergoing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

You'll combine strong clinical assessment skills with procedural knowledge, patient education, and teamwork to ensure patients receive safe, coordinated care before, during, and after their procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing care throughout the patient's procedural experience.
• Assess and prepare patients for interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and following procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.

Pay & Benefits

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekend when on call

Pay is based on experience.
