What You’ll Do

As an Inpatient RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, patient‑centered care while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and evidence‑based practice
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and in accordance with hospital policy
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and continuity of care
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs and call lights
• Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life‑threatening situations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and healing patient environment
• Participate in unit‑based Quality Assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students as requested
• Practice within the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin
