Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing interventions.
• Use advanced equipment such as cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to monitor vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and monitor responses.
• Manage life‑support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families and act as a care liaison.
• Document care and maintain infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering IV fluids, and coordinating care plans with the medical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing interventions.

• Safely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions.
• Manage life‑support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, acting as a liaison to ensure they understand the care being provided.
• Document all aspects of patient care to ensure continuity and compliance while rigorously maintaining infection control and safety protocols to protect vulnerable patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and must maintain it.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and must maintain it.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital; critical care preferred.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
