Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Lawton, OK

Salary: $30.00 - $38.82/hour (based on experience; shift differentials & clinical pathway incentives available)

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Job Description

A leading healthcare facility in Lawton, OK is hiring Registered Nurses for its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on the night shift. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.

A $6,000 sign-on bonus is available. Additionally, a $2,000 relocation bonus is offered to candidates who move to Lawton, OK (must relocate to Lawton specifically, not surrounding areas such as Elgin or Cache).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver total patient care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and care plan development

Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient care team members to provide quality ICU-level care

Apply evidence-based practices and critical thinking to ensure safe and effective outcomes

Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition promptly

Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures within the clinical setting

Provide care to all age groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required

Qualifications

Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma

Minimum ICU Experience Preferred, But Not Required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
