Job summary

This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for pediatric patients with orthopedic, burn, spinal cord injury, and craniofacial conditions. **Key Responsibilities*** The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.* The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.* This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.**Required Qualifications*** BSN degree* State RN License* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification**Preferred Qualifications*** 2+ years bedside RN experience* Pediatric and ICU experience* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificationThe pay range for this position is $38.91 - $58.36.
