This role involves direct patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and patient/family education within a supportive and family-centered environment. **Key Responsibilities*** The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.* The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.* This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.**Required Qualifications*** RN in state of practice* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* BSN**Preferred Qualifications*** 2 years' experience in acute care nursing* Bilingual English/SpanishThe pay range for this position is $38.91 - $58.36.
