Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical regimen using the nursing process.
• Initiate assessments, document findings, and plan care with patient/family.
• Coordinate referrals, discharge planning, and patient education.
• Administer meds, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
