Job summary

Reston Hospital Center seeks a registered nurse for inpatient rehab, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within the department’s standards. You will collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure safe, compassionate treatment aligned with established nursing models.

The role requires an associate degree, RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and preference for 6–12 months of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensed and registered to practice nursing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Full-time NIGHT shift position.
• Prefer 6 months to 1 year of acute care experience.
• No travel required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
