Job description

Unit Description: Inpatient Pediatrics at UVMMC is a 20-bed unit serving patients aged 1 day to 18 years and covers 24 specialties. It is the only inpatient pediatric unit in Vermont and upstate New York, part of the University of Vermont Children's Hospital, and partners with the Children's Miracle Network.

On-call: Not required.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• The University of Vermont Health Network is moving toward an all Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) workforce. All external candidates hired into, or current employees promoted to, an RN position will be required to obtain their BSN as outlined in the terms of their offer letter.
• Appropriate experience in the specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
