CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality nursing care to hospitalized patients, guiding them toward recovery and safe discharge. You will assess needs, administer medications, and perform treatments while coordinating with the care team.

You will monitor patient conditions, communicate with families, and help develop comprehensive care plans to ensure safe transitions to home or other care settings.

Qualifications

• WA state RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care.
• CPR certification required; BLS/ACLS on hire date.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing per WA State Board of Nursing.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.

Every day you will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.

Job Requirements

Required

• Current WA State RN license
• One (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
• CPR certification is required every two (2) years or as specified by the work
• Other certifications may be required for specialty areas
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification upon hire date
