As a member of our Inpatient Services Float Pool at Rutherford Regional Health System, you will serve as a valuable resource nurse across several key patient care areas, including ICU, Emergency Department, and Med Surg/Tele. Float Pool nurses play an important role in helping maintain safe, responsive care across these units while gaining broad clinical exposure, variety in their day-to-day work, and the opportunity to grow across multiple specialties.
