Qualifications

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN.
• BLS Provider (American Heart Association) required prior to hire.
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire.
• Must Have Previous Dialysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult hemodialysis care in inpatient unit.
• Collaborate with nephrology and dialysis team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage on-call responsibilities as required by the unit.

The Inpatient Dialysis unit provides adult hemodialysis care with four dialysis stations. We provide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy to a diverse group of patients with kidney failure across the hospital. Dialysis care is provided by a team of professionals, including nephrologists, dialysis registered nurses, certified hemodialysis technicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Our goal is to maintain and improve the health and quality of life for patients with renal disease. On call shifts are required. Come and explore all that Loyola Medicine has to offer.

What Registered Nurse RN will need:

Compensation:

BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.90 - $57.06 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
