Job summary

Evara Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our community-focused care team. You will provide direct patient care, health education, and support for patients and families while documenting in the EHR and ensuring timely clinical tasks.

Coordination of clinical operations includes overseeing MA tasks, lab compliance, vaccine management, and supplies. You’ll work under HIPAA guidelines and with leadership to improve quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum one year as an RN in a healthcare setting with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including nurse visits, health education, and support for patients and families.
• Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely completion of clinical tasks.
• Monitor patient portal activity and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Oversee EHR workflows and ensure MA tasks and open order tracking are completed.
• Maintain lab compliance (CLIA-waived testing), vaccine management, and inventory.
• Order and manage clinical supplies based on site needs.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and accreditation standards; collaborate with leadership for quality improvement.

About This Role:

• Clinical Care & Patient Support
  • Provide direct patient care, including nurse visits, health education, and support for patients and families.
  • Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely completion of clinical tasks.
  • Monitor patient portal activity and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Clinical Operations & Oversight
  • Oversee EHR workflows and ensure completion of MA tasks and open order tracking.
  • Maintain lab compliance (CLIA-waived testing), medication inventory, and vaccine management (storage, logs, and monitoring).
  • Order and manage clinical supplies based on site needs.
• Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
  • Ensure adherence to Evara Health policies and all HIPAA, State, Federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Partner with Leadership to support operations, team performance, and continuous improvement.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Minimum one (1) year as an RN in a healthcare setting with some supervisory experience

Licenses or Certification:

• Active and unencumbered RN License in the State of Florida
• IV Certification
• Current CPR / BLS Certifications
