Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home nursing care under the client’s Plan of Care. The role involves infusions at home, vitals monitoring, and reporting in the electronic health record while maintaining compliance with laws.

Training is provided on site, and opportunities for one-to-one patient care are available. Current, unrestricted RN license in the applying state is required, with at least one year of experience (critical care preferred) and a

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; critical care preferred.
• Infusion experience in home or clinical setting preferred but training provided on site.
• TB screening and physical within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Perform infusions in the home setting.
• Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals.
• Provide services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.

• Perform infusions inthe home setting
• Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals

• Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state andfederal laws.
• Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
