Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing facility team in Roanoke, VA. You will assess residents, develop care plans and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers full-time or part-time options with shifts that vary. Compensation ranges from $39.00 to $42.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, and career growth opportunities. Visa sponsorship is available for international RNs.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care in SNF settings.
