Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospital teams in Charlotte, NC. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while engaging patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

You will monitor patients, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive outcomes. Expect ongoing professional development, adherence to safety standards, and accurate documentation in the EHR.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed by specialty.
• If practicing via telehealth, licensed in the state of the client.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the life span.
