Qualifications

• Provide high standard of individualised care while maintaining privacy and dignity (NMC standards).
• Assess care needs, develop and evaluate programmes of care.
• Support Senior Nurse/Charge Nurse in ward operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control in clinical areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
