Job summary

Care New England Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in collaboration with families, aligned with nursing standards of practice. The RN will deliver primary nursing care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans, and support a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, responding to emergencies, upholding patient rights and confidentiality, and maintaining CPR and required certifications to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed and proficient in CPR and other required credentials.
• RN provides nursing care following standardized nursing practice.
• Collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in clinical care and assessment of all patient populations.
• Provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients.
• Assists physicians with tests and procedures.
• Responds effectively in emergencies according to policy and procedure.
• Facilitates a team approach to patient plans of care with involved disciplines.
• Incorporates standards of care into nursing practices.
• Maintains and develops necessary skills for caring for all assigned patients.
• Acts as a clinical resource to support other nursing staff.
• Protects patient rights to confidentiality in all interactions.
