Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients in collaboration with families, following the American Nurse's Association standards. The RN will deliver primary nursing care, assess plans of care, and participate in the nursing process with the care team.

The role requires CPR and relevant certifications, strong English proficiency, and efficient collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the appropriate state.
• Maintains CPR and other credentialing to be competent as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency individually and as part of the multidisciplinary team in performing clinical care and assessment of all patient populations.
• Provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients.
• Assists physicians with special tests and procedures.
• Functions well in emergency procedures according to policy and procedure.
• Facilitates a team approach to the patient plan of care incorporating all disciplines involved.
• Incorporates standards of care into nursing practices.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances necessary skills to work with all patients to whom they may be assigned.
• Serves as a clinical resource to enhance the development of other nursing staff members.
• Exhibits professional interpersonal skills in all situations and protects patient confidentiality.
