Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care.
• Assists physicians with special tests and procedures.
• Functions well in emergency procedures according to policy and procedure.
• Facilitates a team approach to the patient plan of care including all disciplines.
• Incorporates standards of care into nursing practices.
• Develops and maintains necessary skills to work with all patients.
• Serves as a clinical resource to enhance development of nursing staff.
