Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Farmington, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and assist with medications and diagnostics to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests or minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and attend mandatory trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors as needed.
