You will administer medications, perform assessments, and document using SOAP charts while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment (Vermont).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications and obtain diagnostic tests as needed.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and charts.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes.
