- CPR Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Establish realistic, measurable patient goals with interventions as needs arise.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise tasks.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
